Refund Policy

If you’re not added within 10 minutes, you can choose a second pro free or a full refund.

You’re eligible for a full refund if:

  • The add doesn’t complete within 10 minutes (our SLA).
  • You were charged twice for the same pro (duplicate order).
  • The pro cannot add you for reasons on our side.

Not eligible (once fulfilled):

  • The add was completed successfully (you’re already on the pro’s friend list).
  • You provided an invalid friend link or the account can’t receive requests (privacy/restrictions).
  • You removed/unfriended the pro after being added.

How to request a refund

  • Click the chat bubble (bottom-right) and say “Refund request,” or email with your order number and friend link.
  • We usually process approvals within 24 hours; funds return in 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Notes

  • We never ask for your game password—only your friend link.
  • If anything feels off, talk to support—we’ll fix it fast.
