Refund Policy
If you’re not added within 10 minutes, you can choose a second pro free or a full refund.
You’re eligible for a full refund if:
- The add doesn’t complete within 10 minutes (our SLA).
- You were charged twice for the same pro (duplicate order).
- The pro cannot add you for reasons on our side.
Not eligible (once fulfilled):
- The add was completed successfully (you’re already on the pro’s friend list).
- You provided an invalid friend link or the account can’t receive requests (privacy/restrictions).
- You removed/unfriended the pro after being added.
How to request a refund
- Click the chat bubble (bottom-right) and say “Refund request,” or email with your order number and friend link.
- We usually process approvals within 24 hours; funds return in 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
Notes
- We never ask for your game password—only your friend link.
- If anything feels off, talk to support—we’ll fix it fast.
